Well, you'll want to change it to CRT+TV if you want to see the BIOS
boot sequence on your TV (like I do since my EPIA is only connected to
the TV most of the time) and change your ActiveDevice option in
xorg.conf to CRT+TV or TV. The ActiveDevice option overrides the BIOS
setting anyway.

I've also spotted what I think was a minor logic error in the output
device selection/activation code, which might or might not have made a
difference here, but I've submitted a patch for it anyway.
