Could you post your Xorg.0.log. (gzipped!)

Yes, but not with current openchrome. The hardware supports it, but it
is not implemented.

Have you checked virtual size and such? The available TV-out modes are
listed in the man-page. Also the tv-out documentation in the wiki may be
helpful.
