mythtv and xvmc
Hi,

I can't seem to get mythtv to use xvmc.

In mythtv, if I set the decoder to "VIA xvmc", I get this error:

You are using an XvMC driver for the wrong chip.
Chipid is 0x3344.

If I set the decoder to "Standard xvmc", I get:

VideoOutputXv: Desired video renderer 'xvmc-blit' not available.
codec 'MPEG2' makes 'xv-blit,xshm,xlib,' available, using 'xv-blit' instead.

This leads me to think xvmc is not being used.. CPU use is between 25-50% to display video.

Here's my config:

hardware: C7 1.2mhz, CN700 (UniChrome Pro IGP rev 01)
software: gentoo, x11-drivers/xf86-video-openchrome-0.2.902

/etc/X11/XvMCConfig says:
libchromeXvMCPro.so.1
(I also tried libchromeXvMC.so.1 without success)

/var/log/Xorg.0.log says:
(II) CHROME(0): [XvMC] Registering chromeXvMC.
(II) CHROME(0): [XvMC] Initialized XvMC extension.

How can I get mythtv to use xvmc? Should I be using the svn version of openchrome?

Thanks,
Marc
