You're probably mixing stuff here. The unichrome driver doesn't include
the xvmc code anymore. That's one of the reasons why openchrome exists.
And the unichrome driver doesn't support CX700 anyway.

CX700 is supported by the openchrome driver.
For some of the chips, hardware mpeg2 decoding works. This unfortunately
doesn't include CX700 yet.
