[Openicc] Free YCbCr icc profile?

The expectation with YCbCr is that, although it is used as the encoding 
for compression, when color 
management operations are performed the YCbCr is first rotated back into 
RGB form.  It is the RGB 
form that is color managed. When RGB is rotated into YCbCr and compressed 
for exchange -- the 
RGB profile should be attached so that the RGB can be managed correctly 
when the data is 
uncompressed.
