[Openicc] On CxF, again

Hi,

An article I read today [1] reminded me that we have an ongoing
discussion of new palette file format in CREATE mailing list. Yes,
again :)

What is current legal status of this specification? Last time we
discussed this it wasn't freely available from Gretag's website, I
recall, which prevented some open source applications from supporting
it.
