[Openicc] ICC support for HDR Images

Real World etc is a book about user-level color management. What you
need as a scientist/engineer is some book about Colorimetry eg.
Fairchild or Hunt, and the Phil Green compendium

and there's also the Reinhard/Ward /Pattanaik/Debevec book on HDR
