Could you please confirm, that following statements about GhostScript, 
PostScript and Colormanagement are correct:

- GhostScript is able to apply ICC-based color transformations on 
PostScript-Spool files from applications.
- These Spool files can be simple DeveiceRGB or DeviceCMYK PostScript 
color descriptions. Old fashioned PostScript Calibrated Color Constructs 
like CSA and CSR are not needed.
- The ICC settings for this transformation:
     - source profile
     - target profile
     - Rendering intent incl. blackpoint compensation
can be manipulated either through manual configuration or through CLI 
scripting
- ICC based color transformtions on DeviceRGB or Device CMYK can be 
active or switched off.
