Well, maybe. I was just looking at the details pane in the OSX viewer
and got jealous. :-)

Hmm. The only way I could see this working is setting hints to the
daemon after we've got the tid and before we execute the runner.

I think it's important we limit this to certain things, else we'll start
getting messages localised low down and pushed up the stack to the wrong
locale. Maybe also we could set other hints (i.e. can be ignored) for
things like interactivity when we set the throttle.

I really must sleep now, as I have to be awake in 5 hours. :-(
