	To be 100% pedantic - they need to be in PDDocEncoding (which is  
pretty much ISO Latin 1).

	This is a known issue with the PDF file format and the standard  
security handlers that it provides.  Don't bother trying to fix this  
in Poppler - since that won't solve the underlying issue.

	Now that PDF is in the ISO's hands - I suspect that this will be  
addressed in a future ISO-based release.
