[poppler] ReqForTest: remove extra fontconfig includes/linking

Makes sense, also maybe you can remove WITH_FONTCONFIGURATION_FONTCONFIG from 
poppler/poppler-config.h.* since the define is not part of the unsupported 
installed headers anymore?
