[poppler] Anyone against removing the ENABLE_SPLASH cmake define

I thought that building poppler without splash became deprecated/unmaintained when building with splash became the default, and the cmake and ifdef macros were left only to make it easy to revert in case someone found a situation that required building without splash.
Does the recently improved overprint support require splash?
Can any of the pdf viewers using poppler provide timings to justify building without splash?

It's been partly broken for a long time, so I'm proposing (and Hubert is executing) to remove it.
