Yeah, awards were a crappy idea. I mentioned as much after I wrote it :)

May Day? How about a demonstration that nips through the streets of Mayfair
trying to avoid the police? Or a parade of women in red FLOSS uniforms? ;-)
Ahem. If it were like the IWD then it'd be good to get a variety of things
happening around the world (saving on polluting long-haul flights) that are
both worthwhile for the women involved and media friendly.
