I think that not need to translate. mostly that 

Anyway

2bul, 3bul are Korean production(actually du-bul, se-bul) and means two
characters, three characters.

Hangul(Korean Language)has consisted cho-sung(leading consonant), joung-
sung(vowel),  jong-sung(trailing consonant).
Cho-sung and jong-sung shape is same, so there are 2 type keyboard, only
2 kind characters contain, and all 3 kind characters contain.

2bul- just using same key cho-sung and jong-sung.
3bul- all different key using cho-sung, joung-sung, jong-sung.
2bul-shift, using same key cho-sung, and jong-sung, but when type jong-
sung need hold shift key.
3bul-no shift, when typing with one hand, it difficult hold shift,
that's for handicapped person.
3bul-Yetgeul I don't this input-method, but Yetgeul mean Old or
traditional words. so I guess me it used for writing old Korean
characters, but not sure.

3bul 390 and final : these 390 and final is a some kind of model
number. :-)
