[SCIM] Will SCIM become a part of iiimf project?

Oh, I just noticed that the scim-lib and qt_immodule has conflicting
licenses: the former one is LGPL, while the latter is GPL
Qt-based application can not be LGPLed, only GPL or BSD style are acceptable.
What do you think?
