I was just making fun of your question. How could anyone answer
something like: "is it as flexible as"? You would need to come up with
very specific problems to solve, and how they map into systemd's view.

Honestly, most of the "flexibility" of sysv, and probably openrc too,
i don't know the details here, is because nobody ever came up with
something that makes almost all of this "flexibility" absolutely
needless in the real world setups. :)
