[Tango-artists] suspend to disk and suspend to ram icons

Jakub has done me some great suspend to disk (hibernate) and suspend to
ram (suspend) icons for gnome-power-manager, which are great. (Which
I've attached)

I've just found out, deskbar-applet want to use the same icons.

Also in the gnome menu on fedora, the suspend icon is being mapped to
preferences-desktop-screensaver, which isn't the right idea I'm sure.

More and more stuff is going to want a suspend-my-system or
hibernate-my-system icon in my opinion.

Does it make sense for these to be generic in the icon naming spec?

I think we need:

action-suspend
action-hibernate

or

action-suspend-to-ram
action-suspend-to-disk

And then we can all share the same icon name. Comments?
