[Telepathy] telepathy-gabble and authenticated SOCKS5 proxy

Speaking of proxies, when can we expect options to change proxy settings? The
proxy at my office is kinda messed up and I need to use different proxies for
different protocols, reading the "global" gnome setting doesn't work well for
me.
