[Xcb] patches from Arnaud Fontaine

Hey,

i have to review a lot of things in it :/

I have to put them (and mine) in git. Lazyness and the fact that i've 
forgotten to commit them. Sorry. I'll try to take some time this week end.

I'll commit only those which are already reviewed.
