[Xcb] Managing bug reports

Hi,

I've been around bugzilla today and I wonder something.
Currently all XCB bugs are assigned to Jamey. This is a real problem
because there's no response since no one is warned about a bug being
openened.

I'm not familiar with fdo and/or bugzilla, but would it be possible to
receive bug reports and/or to assign them to this list for example?
