Ok now , the KDE maintainer did a patch to the qt source since this was 
the bad guy not refreshing the dimension`s ..
i tested this patch and installed a recompiled qt 3.2 which now works 
fine also with KDE 3.1.x

PS : I still want to get XFree86 to rotate ... how much and what work 
would this be to do for one specific chipset ...
