Common xpdf version for GNOME and KDE

I agree, i was thinking of doing it only for KDE since we have copies of xpdf
inside KPDF, Koffice, and a the pdf kfile_plugin requires you to have xpdf
installed that is a bit hilarious thinking the xpdf sources are just two
folders away :-D

But having more eyes on that xpdf lib would be a good thing so if has to go
inside freedesktop i think it can be good. (The more the merrier)

Now the problems:
 - Name?
Calling it libxpdf would be a bit rude IMHO.

 - What says xpdf author?
I know the code is GPL so we can do with it what we want, but we should to
tell him. Maybe the he'll open a CVS/SVN/wathever and let some of us work
with him.
