Edewm added to wm supporter list

Hi guys,

I added edewm (EDE) to the list of netwm supporters
(http://www.freedesktop.org/wiki/Standards_2fwm_2dspec). 

Many items are marked as 'pending for implementation'; this is due
work on new code. This should be done long before, but I was too lazy to
write usefull COMPLIANCE document :)

If you have any objections or proposals, I would like to hear them.
