Yes, I agree.
I remember that xmms needed a way to say it supported http urls, even though
it doesn't use either kio nor gio. So we definitely need to be able to say
Protocols=file,http,https
as well as
Protocols=KIO
And yes, defining somewhere what KIO and gio mean, is very much necessary.
