well as you mentioned above that doesent really fit and is not worth
opening bugzillas until there is something that really fits.

well the spec is a bit fuzzy in this regard too. id love to have that
somehow documented in the spec to be able to do the "right" thing.

another one comes to mind: virtualisation guis

Emulator seems wrong for that because it is something really different
than virtualisation. id be really happy to get some feedback regarding
the right choices and some documentation done in the specs or even
some new official subcategories where it makes sense.
