doxygen help (xserver won't make dist due to missing hw/dmx/doc/html/main.html)

so it does... I was just relying on 'make clean && git clean -fx' which actually left them.

I agree that it shouldn't be included, and this extra headache might just be enough to convince others... if you propose a patch to remove them from EXTRA_FILES, I'll review/ack it.
