Does a cvs add auto-commit? (and cvs help please)

Directories are added to the repository immediately. Files are added at
commit time.

XORG-6_8-branch is the spot for 6.8-stream development. But everything
committed here should be on a Bugzilla bug and approved by the 6.8.x
release manager.
Do you want to be committing to HEAD instead?
