Hi
i'm the author of the game.
i took the penguin from OCAL, deleted some gradients, to reduce size and
improve performance.
all other artwork will be send as seperate clipart to the collection.

i dont believe there is any problem with copyright, because there are
several opensource implementations of the game out there.
if you think the name could be a problem, i could easily change that.
its just an example to promote mozillas SVG implementation and SVG in
general, i dont plan to sell it or anything.

i also put in a link to openclipart.org to promote OCAL.

i can do an in-game screenshot, to show the use of the clipart more
clearly. if its not to much work to change the online screenshot.

all the best
Holger
