[Clipart] why no meta-data keywords with the images ?

Hi all,
Why there is no meta-data/keywords/tags in images on openclipart.org ?
While I love the uploads and the collections, the only missing link
seems to be the absence of any meaningul meta-data in the images.

I saw many images and downloaded them expecting them to have the
meta-data but was sad to realize there is no meta-data therein.

To take an e.g. I took rejon's latest upload to see if it works with
his uploads :-

and tried out both imagemagick's identify as well as exiftool but
didn't get much.
