well, the script does have some sort of interactive mode, but I didn't
really figure out how to avoid it..

probably better to fix up the REVIEWERS file so it doesn't fall back
git history so much.  (If someone knows a better alternative than
sending a huge patchset one by one, I'm all ears.)
